Who API hires

API hires experienced RN Case Managers, RNs, LPNs, Home Health Aides/NARs and Personal Assistants to provide individualized care to patients wherever they consider home. These cases can be short-term or ongoing and are located throughout the Twin Cities.

All shifts are optional until you agree to a specific shift; then you are expected to be at that shift. Schedules are typically set up a month at a time. There are frequent-short notice opportunities that arise to fill out holes in a schedule.

Are you right for API

In order to be considered a candidate for Allied Professionals, Inc., you must have the following:

  • Two years experience in HC, Assisted Living or Group Homes
  • Current MN RN or LPN license
  • Current MN NAR Card and/or Home Health Certification
  • Current CPR
  • Proof of Auto Insurance
  • Social Security Card, Birth Certificate or U.S. Passport
  • Clear Background Check
  • Mantoux or Chest X-Ray
  • Excellent Attendance History
  • Two Professional References
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Date Completed Hepatitis B Vaccination Series
  • Completed home care orientation

A plus if you have:

  • Current First Aide Certificate
  • Med Administration Certificate
  • Vaccination History
