In order to be considered a candidate for hire with Allied Professionals, Inc., you must have the following:
RNs: To perform lead roles, including triage, assisting physicians, providing patient education, medication re-filling, etc.
LPNs: To assign patient rooms, take histories, assist with minor procedures, give vaccinations, provide patient education, etc.
CMAs: To assign patient rooms, set up rooms, assist with minor procedures, draw blood, labs, take patient histories and vitals, give vaccinations and take x-rays.
Med Technologists: The complexity of labs varies among assignments, but generally, to perform hemoglobin, chemistry, differentials, blood banking, micro, maintaining lab equipment, etc.
MLTs: To perform vena punctures and finger sticks, labs, prepare specimens to go out and electro cardiograms
Phlebotomists: To perform vena punctures and finger sticks.
NOTE: Because most locations use electronic charting, all staff must have computer skills.
