Ms. Mulligan is a seasoned leader in the health care industry, with 20 years as the owner of Allied Professionals.  Prior to starting Allied Professionals, Patricia worked as an RN within the hospital, health care industry holding management, supervisory roles.  Her passion has always been to be the best employer possible by providing experienced health care professionals with flexible work opportunities, at competitive pay rates with traditional benefits.  This has enabled her to provide clients with the most experienced care givers, at a reasonable price.

Ms. Shuman has been with Allied Professionals since 1992 and currently holds the position of Director of Sales & Marketing.  Her goal remains the same as they day she began - to provide staffing solutions to employers and to private home care clients.  Suzi is an active member in Chambers in Minnesota and Florida and has been approved by the Minnesota Commerce Department to provide CE’s to individuals in the Financial Industries. Suzi currently holds the chair position of Community Outreach for the National Private Duty Assocition.  Suzi is active volunteer with the American Cancer Society, Children’s Cancer Research Fund and The Make a Wish Foundation and is the Co-founder of the Ryan Shuman Foundation.

Ms. Mulligan has been Allied Professionals since it opened in 1989.  Sharon has had the opportunity to work in all areas of the business from payroll & billing, staffing to management.  Today Sharon is the HR Director of API, which includes multiple roles as recruiter/hiring manager, AA Officer, WC & Benefits Coordinator and Unemployment Representative while managing the day to day operations of API.

Sharon has also received her Certification as Senior Advisor (CSA) through the Society of Certified Senior Advisors.  This certification allows her to provide guidance and resources to individuals regarding health, financial and social aspects of aging.  Her focus is on people,  not products.  www.society-csa.com/WhyYouShouldWorkWithCSAs.aspx
